OMG, this looks SO bad and grainy and blurry and horrible! I still don't have a scanner, so I tried to take a photo of the drawing... This was the best one TT_TT
It was either the flash or the blurriness that kept spoiling it.
It's supposed to be Kylie Minogue. You can almost recognize her

It looks SO much better in real life! I've put it up on my wall, THAT'S how proud I'm of it!
I'll resubmit the drawing when I get a better scan of it. Let's call this a preview (even though it's finished).

i would look at a model of a copy stand. that may help you jerry rig a set up to take a better shot. and it does not seem blurred but more out of focus, and if it is that then that will make it much more clear. also the file itself is relativity small which could be a problem with resolution.
dont take this as me coming down on you, i agree with weltmeister and i can understand how frustrating it can be to work with technology. i would enjoy seeing this again and you being happy with it.
